OUR CITY SITE - LOPC

15 acres of adventure in the heart of the city, based on the River Soar

PaddlePlus was a founding member of the site over 40 years ago and we continue to offer exciting sessions here using a large mix of craft including kayaks, canoes, paddleboards, sit-on-tops, katakanus and bellboats.

Facilities: Paddle upstream along the canalised River Soar to Abbey Park or down to Birstall's White Horse pub. Meet in the Riverside/club room to sign in, easy launching area (disabled friendly), changing rooms and showers, toilets, refreshments after your paddle, and all the equipment you need. Plenty of parking on site.
